Inafune "Would Like to Work" With Blue Castle Again
Capcom development head Keiji Inafune has said openly that he wishes to work more with Blue Castle Games, Canadian-based development team behind the upcoming Dead Rising 2. They've been working on the game for the last few years, with Inafune being extremely positive about the relationship between Capcom and Blue Castle.
However, when asked by IGN if he would bring Blue Castle Games back for development of a Dead Rising 3, if there is to be another game in the series, all he would say was “Well, we’re not going to start even speaking about DR3 until we see the sales of DR2– unfortunately that’s the nature of the game. However, the experience with Blue Castle was very positive, and if we have the opportunity I would like to work with them again.”
Hopefully, Dead Rising 2 will turn out well and all of their hard work will be justified.
