Sony have released their lineup for Tokyo Game Show 2010, and absent from the list is the Team ICO-developed title The Last Guardian. Fans will remember that E3 went by without this title even being mentioned in passing. Granted, this only lists their playable games, so the game may well have a video at TGS, but it is still surprising.

Since being announced and having a trailer publicly shown at E3 2009, details on the game have been scarce. Fumito Ueda, who is head of the game's development, has previously said that there will be lots of new info on the game during 2010. He also said that he has something to show at TGS, which should likely, but not certainly, be The Last Guardian. Time is running out, Ueda - it's time to deliver.

Playable TLG and FFVsXIII would be things, I think, they'd want to reveal on the day as showstopping surprises if they were going to have them. So not announcing in the list of playable games doesn't necessarily mean they won't be there. More likely there won't be playable demos, but unless someone high up says "no those games won't be featured" you can't rule anything in or out.

Good list of some games. Will wait for a review for Front Mission Evolved. I loved the PS2 games, but I'm skeptical of what this 3D version will bring. Definitely getting the Sly Cooper collection. Tactics Ogre, The 3rd Birthday and Patapon 3 looks promising.

Thats because Ico games are too good for mere TGS confrenses, they need to be shown in a more Godly show because people face's melt in awesomeness

Its been 5 years, i think that surely a supprise announcement is happening, this is one of Sony's biggest JP exclusives, imo i think it must be coming soon.

If Ueda said he had something to show at TGS, maybe it's a ICO Collection similar to the God of War one?!

No Final Fantasy Versus XIII, this is very alarming!!!11

Yeah, "not playable" doesn't mean "won't be there". AFAIK FFVsXIII is going to be there, and I wouldn't be surprised if this was, too. But I wouldn't be surprised if this wasn't there either, considering how little we've heard about it since its announcement.
