I'm confused by what the dpad thing means. As for the design, they are still incapable of putting a rechargable battery that doesn't stick out?

Very nice design and new D-pad feature.

yo_john117 (on 01 September 2010)

Awesome looking controller...but why don't they just make all the controllers with this D-pad now?

Onibaka (on 01 September 2010)

I found weird the color of the buttons. I'm not a Xbox gamer, so the color help me with X Y A B.

sly777 (on 01 September 2010)

wow ! pretty good looking !

Goddbless (on 01 September 2010)

I'll be picking one up. It also matches the new Reach 360s!

Wandamaximoff (on 01 September 2010)

I've Neva had an issue with the d pad I prf it to the Sony buttons one! I guess I'm just massively skilled! Hahaha

Don't get how this works tho :-/

skorp (on 01 September 2010)

otoniel (on 31 August 2010)

very sexy

Wagram (on 31 August 2010)

It's basically the same thing.

pokeclaudel (on 31 August 2010)

why did it take them so long to fix the controller anyway. I needed a third controller anyway so day one for me.

specialops787 (on 31 August 2010)

this made me me cancel my reach console pre-order. i already have 3 controllers, dont want 3 more.

Resident_Hazard (on 31 August 2010)

Ooohh spiffy. I like the d-pad.

Lazthelost (on 31 August 2010)

Sexy as Fuck. Day One purchase for me!

raptors11 (on 31 August 2010)

Pretty cool. Hopefully it works as well as the PS3 D-pad now. The D-pad was the only drawback to the 360 controller really.

Snesboy (on 31 August 2010)

It looks like the same arrow pad just with raised arrows.

HabinoBR (on 31 August 2010)

@SleepWaking

I thought the same, but we have to wait until the new controller is hands-on... Maybe for fighting games like Street Fighter would be better play on the D-Pad

Carl2291 (on 31 August 2010)

I need a new pad sometime soon. Might have to invest in one of these!

ghost_of_fazz (on 31 August 2010)

I still don't fully understand how "twisting" the pad works... you twist the whole pad? Or the small base around it?

SleepWaking (on 31 August 2010)

I actually think it looks pretty cool although I'm not convinced that d-pad is going to work much better. Actually I'm almost sure it won't make a lot of difference.

GooseGaws (on 31 August 2010)

The colours aren`t random; if you take the original colours and grayscale them, this is what you get.

ph4nt (on 31 August 2010)

It seems Microsoft now has a color scheme to match their games.

Severance (on 31 August 2010)

the buttons almost look like they were removed from black and white Wii motes and placed on the Xbox controller, i don't see any appeal to them and they are very random colored, one is black two are white and one is kinda black , very random even in their positioning.

nessy101 (on 31 August 2010)

Woopty F%$#in Doo.

Attoyou (on 31 August 2010)

Really like the Grey buttons!

Chrizum (on 31 August 2010)

Why did they lose the colored buttons?

elmerion (on 31 August 2010)

A d-pad YAY! wait.. thats it?
