Fallout: New Vegas - Teaser and a Autumn 2010 Release
Bethesda Softworks just confirmed Fallout: New Vegas for Autumn 2010, and while that is no release date, having a release quarter is nice already, wouldn't you say?
Along with this info Bathesda went on to mention that the game will be featured in lots of cover stories in magazines all over the world...
Not much is known about the game aside from the little bit of (rather expected and bolded) info given in their official Press Release (below) and the teaser.
FALLOUT®: NEW VEGAS™ SET FOR AUTUMN 2010 RELEASE
Official Teaser Trailer for Fallout: New Vegas Revealed Today
February 4, 2010 (London, UK) – Bethesda Softworks®, a ZeniMax® Media company, today announced that Fallout®: New Vegas™, the next chapter in the critically-acclaimed Fallout franchise, will be available in Autumn 2010. The game is currently in development at Obsidian Entertainment for the Xbox 360® video game and entertainment system from Microsoft, the PlayStation®3 computer entertainment system, and Games for Windows. The first trailer, which provides new insight into the game, is now available at fallout.bethsoft.com.
Fallout: New Vegas, the follow-up to Fallout® 3 – the 2008 Game of the Year – brings this beloved franchise to a location only Fallout could do justice: Vegas. Fallout: New Vegas takes all the action, humor, and post-apocalyptic grime and grit of this legendary series, and raises the stakes.
To view the Fallout: New Vegas trailer and for more information on the game, please visit the official Fallout site: fallout.bethsoft.com. Fallout: New Vegas will be featured in magazine cover stories around the world in the month of February. Check the official site for updated details.

Hopefully SPECIAL stats actually matter like the first two. Shouldn't be able to use big guns if your strength is low and shouldn't be able to have good conversations with a low intelligence.
This game is going to be great i can't wait for Fallout New Vegas, Halo reach, Fable 3, Alan Wake, God of war 3, heavy rain, Final fantasy 13 versus and regular such a great year of games coming out
I swear, if the PS3 port is just another lazy, bug filled mess................
I never cared for Fallout 3, didn't fall into the hype, and didn't care for it's VATS system. Then again, i hated Oblivion, and it's pacing, so it's granted. I hope this is like Fallout 3 for the fans, but i could care less for this style of game.
Waaaa?! It looks exactly like fallout 3! I was expect something a bit different.
I can't get enough of my Fallout, hmmm never get enough. (base on the sugar crisp adds)
Sigh
@WayToGo: Welcome to the internet.
I really hope it delivers the way Fallout 3 did, I had to play the game and all of the DLC's because it was such a cant-get-enough experience.
@WayToGo - don't tell us, we don't care, if you care then do something about, otherwise go away
Sooo it looks like my last comment got deleted, so lets try this again: Posting scans is illegal. You're going to get a cease and desist order at the very least, possibly worse. I'm seriously trying to help you guys here. Plus, look at this way: A bunch of people worked hard to create that magazine, and you're literally stealing their livelihood by giving their content away for free (while selling ads and profiting off of the page views that content generates). That's just not right.
I'm getting so tired of this engine.. I'm starting to hate it more-so than Source.
Wow, that is truly incredible. Good stuff.

Hopefully they don't produce a PS3 version filled with glitches this time.
While fallout 3 was definitely not 1 or 2, on its own it was a really great game. I can't wait to see what obsidian delivers here.
Holy crap. Color, humor, massive interactive environments? I think I owe the devil a soul for this game.
fallout three was just an ok game...it was no elder scrollls thats for sure.
