that slogan has been with the fallout universe since fallout 1 back in 1997, and every fallout game has that tagline somewhere in its opening.

you should give them a try they are pretty fun.
on the PC the first 3 will run well even on pentium 2's you need a 32mb video card for tactic's an you processor need's to be 300 Mhz or higher, but low ram requirement's make these game's run pretty good on much older system's.

I don't think it will beat Mass Effect 2. New Vegas is a spin-off. What I really can't wait for is Fallout MMORPG.

Awesome, I never expected New Vegas to be a fully functional city! This is going to be a huge change to the pace and setting of Fallout. I'm expecting this even more :D
