Sounds very much like the recently released 3D Dot Game Heroes

3D dot heroes mimicked wind wakers opening, so maybe this title will be about a land where a hero has to save a land taken over by the evil forces of a tribe known as the Duskians

To me it sounds more like Class of Heroes.

Which I think was billed as the exact same thing.

Note that you can change the style of the music if you click on "BGM"
from Retro to Normal to Off.
