Bioshock 2, the highly awaited sequel for Bioshock, received a Mature rating from ESRB, pointing out the game contains "Blood, Intense Violence, Sexual Themes, Strong Language". Here are some excerpts from Bioshock 2 ESRB's page Rating Summary:
Intense acts of violence are as follows: players can use telekinesis to bring enemies close-up before drilling them to death—blood splatters in all directions; players can freeze enemies and allow them to shatter into pieces; players can set fire to enemies, or electrocute them in standing pools of water.

Consumers may wish to know that the game contains minor sexual content. While exploring Rapture's Red Light District, players can overhear conversations alluding to prostitution
The game includes frequent use of strong profanity (e.g., "f**k," "motherf**ker," and "c*nt") and some lesser four-letter words (e.g., "sh*t" and "tw*t")
The rating wasn't really a surprise, specially for those that already played the first game. You can read more at Bioshock 2 ESRB's page, provided on the source. Be aware it contains mild spoilers.

I think the most interesting about this is the reasons it was rated M and not the rating itself, because that really wasn't a surprise.
@Falcon204: I heard it's worth to get them as they have aged really well, i still have to try them though
I agree, this isn't news. So many things haven't been news on VGChartz lately. No thought process
Falcon204, both System shock's are worth picking up. SS2 has a mod to improve the graphics and overall features. SS2 is a favourite of mine, it has aged; but with the new mod it has given it new life. Deus Ex is good too :) but avoid Deus 2.
OMG REALLY?!!!! WHAT WERE THEY THINKiNG?!!!.....wait this isn't my little pony and the pretty pretty princess..
I this really news?
I mean no one expected it not to get this rating
I wasn't that excited about this game at first but now i can't wait to play it. Don't know why i wasn't excited at first because bioshock is one of my favorite games of all time.
Just a quick question. I haven't played the systemshock games, are they worth getting even though they have aged?
